Abstract: The invention relates to a tripping mechanism for semiautomatic and automatic firearms with a closed-type bolt carriage and which can be used in either a single shot firing mode or an automatic firing mode. The mechanism has a sear 4 slidably fitted on the trigger between the oscillating pivot 5 of the trigger and a resting plane 6a formed on the trigger, away from the pivot. The sear is stressed by a spring 11 which normally pushes it towards the hammer to interact with the latter. The sear 4 is susceptible to movement with the trigger when the trigger is operated and is also susceptible to a longitudinal sliding on the trigger in one direction due to spring 11 and in the opposite direction due to the hammer at least during the engaging in armed position phase, as well as the balancing phase between oscillating pivot 5 and resting plane 6a.

Abstract: The invention relates to a device opening and closing the bolt of semiautomatic pistols with a barrel which is rotating and axially displaceable in the stock and interacting with the bolt in such a way that during the first section of the back motion barrel and bolt are integral and without a relative motion, while in the second section the barrel rotates in respect to the bolt but is still following its linear movement till the barrel stops and the bolt moves back for the actual opening of the arm.

Abstract: The invention relates to an automatic safety device for fire arms, in particular for automatic guns to be operated starting from their open-bolt position. A movable slider (12) and a rocking catch lever (19), both assembled to a support on the bolt (11), cooperate in order to allow the lever to engage in a toothed section (15) on the breech (10) and thus prevent the bolt from moving forwards in case of a faulty move, of a release or missed catch during its manual cocking and to maintain the device out of action while the arm is operated wither automatically or manually. Owing to this structure the possibility of uncontrolled or accidental shots is actually eliminated.

Abstract: Disclosed is a safety means for the bolt of semiautomatic and automatic pistols, which comprises, on at least one side of the bolt, a throat, complete with striking step and arresting element provided and coupled therewith, for the prevention of dangerous rearward projections of the bolt against the user, when the rear portion of the bolt has suffered a breakage due to improper or accidental causes.

Abstract: Disclosed is a device for the rapid engagement and disengagement of the monotrigger mechanism in the breech of a double-barrelled gun. A hook is integrally provided in the underguard that carries the monotrigger mechanism. An oscillating lever, pivoting in the breech has a tooth that interacts with the said hook, so as to block and unblock the monotrigger mechanism. The lever is kept in operative position by a spring and is moved into an inoperative position by the disengagement of the monotrigger mechanism from the safety sled.

Abstract: A monotrigger mechanism is disclosed for double-barrelled guns, such as trapshooting guns, in which guns the hammers, their respective springs, levers, trigger and pendular mass are all premounted on an underguard. The trigger is longitudinally positionable and the coupling of the underguard is effected by means of an oscillating lever controlled by the safety sled, which is mounted on the upper portion of the breech of the gun and interacts with the trigger.

Abstract: A safety device for an automatic pistol of the double action type includes an automatic safety on the firing pin and has a striking lever for the hammer. The device comprises a cammed shaft, rotatably mounted to a breech block of the pistol and displaceable manually in one direction for control of the lever for disengagement of the hammer. The cam shaft is rotatable in an opposite direction by means of a spring-loaded piston for blocking the shaft in a rest position where it does not interfere with firing of the pistol.

Abstract: A tripping mechanism is disclosed for the conversion of automatic rifles of the so-called closed-bolt type to rifles of the open-bolt type. The components of the mechanism are premounted within a box-like support which is readily insertable in the trip box of a conventional automatic rifle. The mechanism includes a trigger, a trip block for arresting the bolt carriage in the open, armed position, a connecting rod attached to and displaceable with the trigger and cooperating with the trip block during the disengagement of the bolt carriage from its blocked position, a safety bolt operating also as selector of the firing mode by cooperating with a lever, a lever for engaging the trigger during the automatic, continuous firing mode, and, finally, a safety block for arresting the bolt carriage in the event of accidental disengagement from the trip block.

Abstract: Disclosed is a control device for controlling the firing modes of portable, automatic weapons, the components of which are mounted on a support box that is insertable into and removable from, as a unit, the tripping box of the weapon. In the tripping box there is enclosed the tripping mechanism for firing the weapon either singly or in an uncontrolled rapid mode. Between the tripping mechanism and the control for the fire mode, there is interposed a safety shaft which functions also as selector for the desired fire mode, so that by selecting the proper mode, it is possible to have a single shots mode, an uncontrolled rapid fire mode or a controlled rapid fire mode.

Abstract: A removable handle for portable, automatic weapons is disclosed, which allows the easy grasp of the weapon and its transportation, without affecting the line of sight.The handle is provided, at one extremity, with a spring-loaded dowel for engagement in a cavity provided in the base of the rear sight and, at the opposed extremity, with a blocking bolt or pawl which dove-tails and couples with the forward attachment of the weapon. The blocking bolt or pawl prevents the accidental disengagement of the handle from the body of the weapon.

Abstract: A four-barrelled pistol is disclosed which comprises a hammer having a rotating, click-action head for successively acting on firing pins corresponding to the four barrels. Particularly, a tripping mechanism is disclosed which controls the hammer of the pistol to allow either a single-action or double action operation. The pistol includes a mechanism for blocking and keeping the hammer in a cocked position when the trigger is at rest and for unblocking it when the trigger has been displaced, and mechanism for displacing the hammer into the cocked position and disengaging it immediately thereafter as a result of the displacement of the trigger.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a retaining mechanism for the magazine of automatic and/or semi-automatic rifles, in particular to a type of magazine which is provided with a lateral securing slot. The hook (6) which is designed to engage in the slot (4) of the magazine (3) is fixed to a spring-loaded arm (8) located transversely in the body (1) of the weapon and can be moved either by means of a button (9) attached to one end of the said arm (8) or by means of a rocking lever (12) mounted at the other end of the arm (8).
