The air inlet plenum comprises a hollow body having an air inlet aperture and an air outlet aperture arranged and configured for connection to the gas turbine engine. The air inlet plenum comprises at least one removable portion, which is removable from the hollow body when the air inlet plenum is connected to a gas turbine engine. The air inlet plenum is at least partly made of fiber-reinforced plastic.
