  • Patent number: 11744901
Abstract: The present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing lipid-bacteriophage conjugates, wherein the bacteriophage:lipid ratio is in the range of 3:1 to 100:1 and wherein the lipid is an immunologically active lipid and the bacteriophage is a filamentous bacteriophage, and uses thereof. Preferably, the bacteriophage is engineered to stimulate an immune response and/or bind to a target cell.

  • Publication number: 20190030071
Abstract: The present invention relates to modified T cell receptors (TCRs) and to their use in adoptive cell therapy (ACT), in particular for the transfer of T lymphocytes. The TCRs are mutated in the transmembrane regions of the alpha and beta chains with mutations favoring the correct TCR chain pairing. The correct pairing of the transferred exogenous alpha and beta TCR chains improves the functional activity and safety of the genetically modified T cells for the therapy of tumours and infectious diseases. The invention also relates to T cell receptor alpha or beta chain, to a recombinant TCR, a TCR complex, a nucleic acid coding for the TCR alpha or beta chain, to relative recombinant expression vector, host cells, pharmaceutical composition and to a method of detecting a hematological malignant cell, a solid tumor cell or an infected cell.

  • Publication number: 20110014223
Abstract: The present invention relates to the fields of molecular biology, immunology and medicine. Peptide sequences that belong to the beta amyloid peptide are exposed on the surface of a multimeric structure derived from the E2 component of alpha keto acid dehydrogenase. The molecules are useful for the production of vaccines for the treatment and/or prevention of Alzheimer's disease.
