    Abstract: A hand-held dispenser consisting of a dispensing tip to which a strip is fed from a container or a paying-out reel. A strip of flexible material may be laid under one lip of a linear or peripheral seal, and the lip may be held in a raised position when treating or spraying paint onto the area adjacent to and covered by the seal. The dispenser is particularly suitable for use by coachbuilders and vehicle repair shops.
