  • Patent number: 10672567
Abstract: A closed door operation racking device is provided for racking a circuit breaker to and from a power bus from outside of a housing of a motor control center unit. The racking device includes a racking operator assembly and a push-button interlock assembly. The racking operator is configured to rack-in the electrical device and connect the stabs to a power bus in a connected position and to rack-out the electrical device and disconnect the stabs from the power bus in a disconnected position. The push-button interlock assembly prevents the operation of the racking operator under certain conditions, and includes a spring-loaded locker assembly and a spring-loaded push-button operator assembly. A push-button operator of the push-button operator assembly is depressed to disengage the locker assembly from the racking operator to allow operation of the racking operator.

  • Patent number: 9608414
Abstract: The inventive rack positioning assembly for an electric panel comprises a vertical busbar (J2) for distributing electric current to electric appliances, said busbar comprising several bars, which are positioned in a same vertical plane and on which it is provided to connect racks of the electric panel, and several rack positioning modules (20), which are positioned above one another and which surround the bars of the vertical busbar. The positioning modules (20) comprise means (50) for increasing the insulation distance between the bars at the interface between two successive modules, that insulation distance corresponding to the length of the electric creep path between the bars.

  • Patent number: 6299268
Abstract: A frame is equipped with joining parts formed by bipods which are equipped with positioning means in the intermediate common part for fixing of the girders. Each positioning means comprises at least one pair of bearing faces arranged in a V-shaped confining a corner-piece with an acute angle in which the girder of conjugate shape fits. An assembly screw performs progressive tightening of the girder onto the corner-piece of the bipod.

  • Patent number: 5847321
Abstract: A busbar device with an insulating support block with two assemblable fixing parts bounding internal housings to receive multipole current conductors, each housing being formed by a semi-open recess. The bottoms of the recesses are located in distinct planes extending in a parallel manner along the longitudinal direction of the profiled sections, and separated from one another by a predetermined transverse pitch, and the profiled sections of the current conductors are staggered at regular intervals in the extension direction of the assembly interface of the fixing parts to form a stepped structure.

  • Patent number: 5202818
Abstract: The framework of a switchgear cabinet is formed by identical frame sections in the shape of corner-pieces whose edges are folded at right angles to form folded ends. The edges of the corner-pieces are moreover joined together by a diagonal sealing partition which provides the sealing between the two panels of the cabinet forming the angular junction. The panels with folded edges are fixed to the frame sections by parts.
