Abstract: A tennis training device worn by a player and comprising a telescopic and orientable rod--attached to a wide belt--in the dorsal region--thereof and bearing at its end an obstacle--the position of which is adjusted in order to define the place where the player's racket is required to come to rest in the correct execution of a stroke of a definite type. The player is immediately aware, by a direct physical sensation, whether or not he has executed the stroke correctly.
