Abstract: A teaching model comprising an interassociated bronchial replica and a replica of the lungs of a creature; the bronchial replica being hollow-tube and being made up of a plurality of reversibly connectable sections, at least one section adjacent a lymph node of the creature being penetrable by the needle of a bronchoscope; the lung replica being essentially hollow and transparent, each lung comprising lobes reversibly connectable to one another. There is also employed a bronchoscope having a laterally advanceable needle, the needle being capable of penetrating said one section.
