  • Publication number: 20090214146
Abstract: A system for measuring deformations of an area of a structural element, includes at least one gauge including a rigid substrate on the upper surface of which is arranged at least one pattern of a material capable of being deformed and delivering a signal representative of the deformations the substrate is arranged to transmit, to the pattern, the deformations of the area when the lower surface of the substrate is attached to the area. The system includes a deformable element and a device for compression of the element on the upper surface of the substrate so that the substrate can be moved by the deformations of the area. The system also includes an arrangement for attachment of the compression device on the structural element, in which the attachment arrangement is intended to ensure that the substrate is held on the area by the deformable element, which is compressed on the upper surface of the substrate.

  • Patent number: 6651902
Abstract: At least one spraying device (1) and several supply lines (8) for supplying the spraying device with a coating product, the lines being linked to a connecting assembly (3). Each downstream end (6) of a line is provided with a gate valve which can be controlled by an actuator (30) which is itself controlled and which is positioned at the entrance to a product supply pipe (2) for the spray device (1). The actuator (30) and the connecting assembly (3) can be displaced in relation to each other (F1-F4) in such a way that the actuator (30) can be positioned selectively facing a downstream end (6) of one of the supply lines (8) and can manoeuvre the valve of the line. The ends (6) of the lines are arranged in rows and columns and an assembly (30) composed of the actuator and connected to the supply pipe (2) is mobile parallel to a plane surface (5a) where these line ends (6) open out.

  • Publication number: 20030015607
Abstract: The inventive device comprises at least one spraying device (1) and several supply lines (8) for supplying said spraying device with the coating product, said lines being linked to a connecting assembly (3). Each downstream end (6) of a line is provided with a gate valve which can be controlled by an actuator (30) which is itself controlled and which is positioned at the entrance to a product supply pipe (2) for the spray device (1). • Patent number: 5772125
Abstract: A machine with an on-board supply tank for spraying a coating material. In one embodiment, the spraying machine includes a carriage (3) supporting an arm (4) with an end-mounted holder containing a tank (6) for supplying a spray nozzle (8). The arm further includes a coating material changing assembly (9) which is translatably movable towards the holder (5) to effect mutual engagement between quick connection units (12, 13) during cleaning/filling of the tank (6). The machine is useful for forming coatings consisting of an electrically conductive material.

  • Patent number: 5630876
Abstract: A coating product sprayer device forming an overhead machine includes a beam supporting at least one carriage carrying at least one sprayer. The beam comprises two longitudinal members that are parallel to and spaced from each other over the greater part of their length. The carriage is at least partially accommodated in the space between the two longitudinal members. This device minimizes disturbance of the flow of air near the sprayer.

  • Patent number: 5427619
Abstract: In a coating product sprayer device forming an overhead machine comprising a boom carrying at least one sprayer mobile relative to objects to be sprayed the boom is moved up and down and to track the objects laterally by flexible strips which form part of the wall of the booth. The invention can also be applied to a lateral machine, yielding a lateral machine with five degrees of freedom.

  • Patent number: 5310120
Abstract: An electrostatic device for spraying electrically conductive liquid coating product comprises a storage tank for the product in which the product is at a high voltage. The tank is defined in a substantially cylindrical cavity formed in an insulative material body and inside in which is a piston forming in the cavity a mobile wall separating a coating product chamber from an actuation chamber filled with an electrically insulative actuation fluid. The body is fixed to a conductive material socket which is grounded and to which is connected an actuation fluid supply circuit extending between the socket and the actuation chamber and discharging into the actuation chamber near a back wall of the cavity which is not in contact with the coating product. A section of the supply circuit runs substantially parallel to the cavity in the direction away from the socket starting from the back wall.
