Abstract: A method for providing personal information of a user requested by a given online service. The method includes, by a security server of a mobile terminal operator of be user: (a) receiving a request for the personal information, including comprising a unique identifier of the user and an identifier of the online service; (b) sending, to the mobile terminal, a response authorisation request; (c) if a response authorisation confirmation is received, sending data, which is associated in a database with the unique identifier and the identifier of the online service. Each pair of a unique identifier and an online service identifier is also associated in the database with a parameter representative of a level of security required in order to confirm the response authorisation on the mobile terminal. The step (b) includes: determining the value of the parameter; and integrating the determined value in the response authorisation request.

The user device selects a method of paying for the shopping basket on a first page of the merchant server; upon selection, the user device sends a payment request to a payment validation module, which is enriched with identification data of the user device; the user device receives a local authentication request message from the payment validation module over the mobile telephony network; on receiving the local authentication request message, the user device triggers execution of an operation of locally authenticating a user of the user device; the user device sends a local authentication response message to the payment validation module; and the user device is redirected by the payment validation module to a second page of the merchant server giving the result of the payment transaction.

Abstract: A method for securing an entry in a user database, the method being performed in a management server in charge of the database and comprising the steps of: receiving a network identifier of a user terminal, identifying the user terminal in a telecommunications network; transmitting to a network platform an operator of the telecommunications network a user confirmation request, the request comprising the network identifier of the user terminal; upon receiving a user confirmation from the network platform, creating an entry by the terminal user in the user database, the entry comprising the network identifier of the user terminal.

Abstract: A home-automation system includes a first electrical appliance and a control device incorporated in the first electrical appliance, which includes a communication device for connection to a mobile telephone network. During installation of the home-automation system, the control device performs the following steps on the electrical appliance being connected to an electrical power supply: receiving via the mobile telephone network a start control message coming from a first control terminal, the message containing a telephone number associated with the first terminal; storing the telephone number of the first control terminal; and allocating a role of administrator of the home-automation system to the first control terminal.
