  • Patent number: 5374136
Abstract: The bracket (12) is bolted loosely to the attachment arm (14) of a dental chair to establish a preliminary orientation of the bracket relative to the attachment arm. The bracket is then levelled with adjustment screws (40) which bear against a surface on the attachment arm to establish a level orientation. The bolt fastening the bracket to the attachment arm is then tightened to fix the level orientation.

  • Patent number: 4975055
Abstract: An extruded conduit structure for conveying several different fluids is provided comprising a cluster of at least three tubes connected by webs extending between adjacent pairs, the tubes and webs being formed by simultaneous extrusion of a suitable plastic through a suitable die. The outer surface of each of the webs is convexly curved in an arc that is substantially tangential with the outer surfaces of the adjacent pair of tubes. The inner surface of each of the webs is flat relative to the outer surface and forms a cord of such arc whereby each of the webs will be of minimum thickness along each of its junctures with the adjacent webs.

  • Patent number: 4938509
Abstract: An in-line quick connect multiple port fluid coupler is disclosed. The coupler has two identical coupling units. Each coupling unit has a body and an integral tongue. The tongue has a face which is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the coupling unit. Fluid passages interconnect the body and the face of the tongue. Each coupling unit mates in a face-to-face relationship with the other coupling unit. Guide pins and seals are used to provide a fluid tight passage between the fluid passages and each opposing face. A sleeve circumscribes the mated coupling units to ensure a secure assembly.
