  • Publication number: 20180188224
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for constructing a sensory space of an individual, including: the individual performing a sensory evaluation with at least 4 basic stimuli representative of the sense to be studied, the stimuli having an intensity (or power or level) lower than or in the vicinity of the detection threshold of the sense to be studied; recording signals relating to at least one physiological indicator having reacted during the stimuli; extracting physiological parameters from the recorded signals of the at least one physiological indicator; identifying physiological parameters differentiating the physiological responses; constructing a sensory space based on the physiological responses (PRSS) from the identified differentiating physiological parameters by statistical treatment.

  • Patent number: 6891107
Abstract: A device for electric contact between an electrical supply (5) and an electrically conductive flexible material (1) consisting for the major part of fibers. The material (1) is covered, on at least two separate overlapping zones (z1, z2), with a superimposition layer of electrically conductive adhesive and a metal strip (4). The device is used for electric heating of the material consisting for the major part of fibers (1) by Joule heating, for example for desorption of molecules previously adsorbed on said material (1).

  • Publication number: 20040053518
Abstract: The invention concerns a device for electric contact between an electrical supply (5) and an electrically conductive flexible material (1) consisting for the major part of fibres. The invention is characterised in that the material (1) is covered, on at least two separate overlapping zones (z1, z2), with a superimposition layer of electrically conductive adhesive and a metal strip (4). Said device is used for electric heating of the material consisting for the major part of fibres (1) by Joule heating, for example for desorption of molecules previously adsorbed on said material (1).

  • Patent number: 6100210
Abstract: The invention features a method for treating a supported catalyst with a sulphur compound based active phase and a mercury compound contaminated mineral support. This method consists in implementing the following steps: the said catalyst is contacted with a basic aqueous solution of at least one sulphide selected among alkaline metal sulphides, alkaline-earth metal sulphides or ammonium sulphide; then the catalyst is separated from the basic aqueous solution. At the end of this process, the treated catalyst shows the same characteristics as before its contamination by mercury.
