  • Publication number: 20190194424
Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of vulcanization of unsaturated polymers, in particular halogenated, and more particularly chlorinated, unsaturated polymers, such as, for example, polychloroprene, using as vulcanization agent a mixture of bis(2,5-dimercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole) and at least one organic base. The present invention relates to the process for vulcanization of said polymers with said vulcanization mixture.
    Type: Application

  • Patent number: 5337923
Abstract: A device for containing a liquid or a paste for dispensing without ingress of air comprises a flexible container containing the substance to be dispensed and a carrier 20. The container is inserted inside the carrier, and the container is constituted by a peripheral side wall 4 extending between a bottom 3 and a top having a bottleneck 2 opening out therethrough. The carrier provided with at least two facing longitudinal ribs 21, the ribs constraining the side wall, the bottom, and the top of the container to fold concertina-like.

  • Patent number: 4898638
Abstract: In order to manufacture sealing gaskets for receptacles containing aggressive chemical substances, one known technique consists in coating a film of PTFE or other plastic material onto rubber. However, in the past, it has been possible to ensure that the film adheres adequately to the rubber only by making use of an intermediate glue. The present method causes a film of PTFE to adhere directly on a sheet of rubber by treating one of the faces of the PTFE film by the corona effect and then rolling the treated film against the rubber while still raw and vulcanizing the resulting laminated structure.
