  • Publication number: 20250038598
Abstract: An electric motor, in particular for a power tool, the electric motor having a stator with an inner opening for receiving a rotor. The inner opening has a diameter corresponding to an inner diameter of a stator, the stator having a series of pole teeth, which are each wound with a winding to form a coil. The winding is characterized by a reference diameter, a ratio of the reference diameter to the stator inner diameter multiplied by a number of pole teeth being greater than 0.3. Taking into account the internal resistance of an energy storage cell of an energy supply device of a maximum of 10 milliohms, the ratio of the diameters may be greater than 0.03 (milliohms)?1. Also provided is an electric motor, in particular for a power tool, a ratio being formed from a sum of total winding conductor cross sections and a free winding cross section, the ratio being multiplied by a number of pole teeth and the product being greater than 2.2.

  • Patent number: 11123853
Abstract: The A hand-held power tool includes a tool holder 2 for holding a tool and a pneumatic striking mechanism for periodically generating impacts on the tool held in the tool holder. The striking mechanism includes a guiding tube, an exciter piston, a striker, a pneumatic chamber closed by the exciter piston and the striker in the guiding tube, and a compensating opening in the guiding tube for ventilating the pneumatic chamber. A cap covers the compensating opening on an outside of the guiding tube. The cap is open in an opening direction which is largely tangential to the guiding tube.

  • Patent number: 11117250
Abstract: A machine tool includes a tool holder and a pneumatic striking mechanism that includes, on a working axis, an exciter piston, a beater, and a pneumatic chamber disposed between the exciter piston and the beater. The exciter piston is drivable by the motor and includes a pot-shaped base body, a seal ring, and a tube-shaped cladding body. The pot-shaped base body has a lateral wall enclosing the working axis and a collar which protrudes in a radial direction. The tube-shaped cladding body is disposed on the pot-shaped base body surrounding the lateral wall.
