The first and/or second water reservoir (311, 312; 120) is integrated in the foundations in the lower portion of an artificial building (301, 303; 200A) that needs to be built for a primary function independently of a secondary function of producing electricity. The first water reservoir (315) or the second water reservoir (120) may constitute a common body of water in the vicinity of ground level.
