  • Patent number: 10794035
Abstract: The present invention relates to a fastening tab for a construction element, preferably a beam, a panel or a slab, that is adjustable vertically and relative to the horizontal, that can be screwed to a support with inner thread, preferably a foundation screw, successively comprising: a fastening screw comprising a beveled head and a threaded shank; a metal plate pierced with a beveled opening that can accommodate said fastening screw and comprising fastening means to the construction element; a perforated flexible joint; a screw comprising a machined beveled head with an inner thread corresponding to that of said fastening screw; such that the position of the screw relative to the support, which is obtained by screwing/unscrewing, allows vertical adjustment of the metal plate; characterized in that the fastening screw, the beveled aperture of the metal plate and the flexible joint cooperate to allow angular adjustment of the metal plate relative to the horizontal plane.

  • Publication number: 20090221013
Abstract: The invention relates to a method of rapidly quantifying living coliform microorganisms in a sample of water in which the microorganisms are put into contact with a fluorogenic substrate that is hydrolyzed in methylumbelliferone by an enzyme given off by the microorganisms. Methylumbelliferone is detected by the fluorescence that it emits, with the rate at which this fluorescence varies being measured in order to determine the concentration of coliform microorganisms in the original sample on the basis of the calculated rate of variation and a correlation plot. In characteristic manner, a preliminary treatment step is performed on the sample, in particular pre-filtering, serving to remove at least some of the particles in suspension in the water, thus making it possible to achieve quantification that is entirely comparable with the quantification given by the standardized multi-well panel method. The invention is applicable to analyzing bathing water for detecting Escherichia coli.
