  • Publication number: 20160176228
Abstract: The method makes it possible to produce a decorated element for a timepiece or piece of jewellery. This decorated element may be, for example, a watch dial. The method includes the steps of taking a base substrate, and micromachining on said base substrate a mould or decorative partitions in a programmed pattern, and filling the mould or the decorative partitions with at least one filler material to obtain the decorated element. The filler material may be an epoxy resin and the mould or the partitions are obtained by melting and solidifying a solder paste or powder.

  • Publication number: 20160011709
Abstract: The invention relates to a portable electronic device capable of displaying information, attached to the wrist and including: a bracelet formed by a flexible element, an electronic assembly, display means, an energy source. According to the invention, the device includes control means including at least one strain gauge, capable, by the application of pressure to the strain gauge, of generating a control signal which is applied to said electronic assembly, the direction and the position of the pressure on said strain gauge permitting the display of information and/or activation of a predetermined function.

  • Patent number: 9134703
Abstract: The invention relates to an at least partially enamelled dial whose visible surface includes areas standing out in relief, including a first part made of ceramic material or another compatible substrate that may or may not be coated with enamel including at least one through hole and at least one second part made of ceramic material or another compatible substrate that may or may not be coated with enamel. According to the invention, said at least one second part includes a main, projecting face which is larger than the section of said at least one hole and said at least one second part is secured to the first part to totally cover the periphery of said at least one hole without the second part projecting into the hole, so as to form a relief dial with improved rendering. The invention also relates to the method of manufacturing this type of dial. The invention concerns the field of at least partially enamelled dials.
