Abstract: An improved dental prosthesis stabilizer includes two arms connected to each other by a hinge joint and with which an upper dental prosthesis and a lower dental prosthesis are coupled to one another. A spring is provided at the hinge joint with which the upper prosthesis and the lower prosthesis are pushed away from each other. At least one of the arms is telescopic and is formed of a bent distal end of the spring, which can be axially moved in a bent guide. The guide is fixed on the upper dental prosthesis or the lower dental prosthesis or is embedded therein.

Abstract: A stabilizer for tooth prostheses, consisting of a double torsion spring, the arms (4, 5) of which are telescopically longitudinally movable in cylindrical guides (7, 8) in the prosthesis halves (1, 2), has a hook-shaped eyelet (9) on each of the ends of both of the stabilizer arms. The guides (7, 8) are closed on their external insertion ends, except for a narrow insertion slot (15) in the form of a mailbox slot, in the assembled functional position of the stabilizer in the prosthesis parts, the eyelets (9) and the eyelet planes and accordingly the planes of the stabilizer arms are directed perpendicular to the longitudinal extension of the insertion slot (15). It is thereby achieved that the stabilizers (3) or their arms cannot slip out of the guides (7, 8) and overall their assembly and disassembly can be easily and rapidly undertaken without the aid of any tools.

Abstract: The present invention relates to novel compounds with inhibitory activity towards urokinase plasminogen activator (uPA); to methods for preparation of said uPA inhibitor compounds; to pharmaceutical compositions comprising said uPA inhibitor compounds; to the use of said uPA inhibitor compounds as a medicament and the use of said uPA inhibitor compounds for the preparation of a medicament for the treatment of conditions chosen from the group comprising cancer, tumour growth, tumour invasion, tumour metastasis, diabetic retinopathy, hemorrhagic atherosclerosis and inflammatory conditions, such as rheumatoid arthritis and psoriasis.
