  • Patent number: 7885614
Abstract: An antenna switch (31) that is arranged to alternately operate in a receive mode and a transmit mode, comprises adaptive filter (30). Herewith, signal processing means (Rx1, Rx2 and Rx3) can be coupled to an antenna (1) during the receive mode and be insulated from the antenna during the transmit mode.

  • Publication number: 20040242165
Abstract: A RF signal switch circuit device in particular for cellular communication applications, comprises an I/O terminal (8) for the received/transmitted signal, respectively, a Tx input terminal (10) connected to I/O terminal (8) through a diode (12) and to a signal source for the signal to be transmitted, a Rx output terminal (18) connected to the I/O terminal (8), and a resonator circuit for isolating the Tx input terminal (10) from the Rx output terminal (18). The resonator circuit is a parallel inductance-capacitance-circuit. The inductor (22) of the resonator circuit is connected between the Tx input terminal (10) and the Rx output terminal (18) and through a diode to ground (24), and the capacitor (20) of the resonator circuit is connected between the I/O terminal (8) and a node (28) between the inductor (22) and ground.

  • Patent number: 6674632
Abstract: A mobile telephone device fitted with a transmitter and a receiver each having a high-frequency component with an integrated decoupling capacitor. The high-frequency component includes a substrate with the decoupling capacitor on one surface thereof, first and second current supply terminals for the capacitor on the same surface of the substrate as the capacitor, one capacitor electrode connected to a high frequency circuit and a DC voltage source, also on the one surface of the substrate, and the other capacitor electrode connected to ground.
