Abstract: This invention relates to the treatment of the immune disorders fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome with the combination of therapeutically effective amounts of a serotonin agonist and a dopamine agonist. In addition, a method of improving vector gene therapy with the combination of a serotonin agonist and a dopamine agonist is provided.
