    Abstract: The disclosure relates a to manufacturing method of an all-solid-state lithium secondary battery including a solid polymer electrolyte, including preparing an all-solid-state lithium secondary battery by interposing a polymer electrolyte between a cathode and an anode; hardening the polymer electrolyte by applying a pressure and heat to the all-solid-state lithium secondary battery; activating the all-solid-state lithium secondary battery by applying a current; and removing a gas generated in the activated all-solid-state lithium secondary battery. By hardening a polymer electrolyte interposed between a cathode and an anode through applying a pressure and heat, a bubble or dead area inside solid polymer electrolyte is minimized with providing an electrode having uniform thickness. By repeating activation operation and removing gas, bonding of electrode stack is more enhanced, and stability of a battery is improved.

Each iteration may include dividing each group to form new groups and aligning respective elements of each pair of adjacent new groups to generate a new sequence of sorted elements. The new sequence of a current iteration of the alignment operation may be transmitted as a data output, based on a determination that each new group does not include more than one element.

    Abstract: Systematic Evolution of Ligand Exponential Enrichment (SELEX) is involved to screen DNA/RNA aptamers that recognize a target molecule (including biomolecules such as nucleic acids, lipids, sugars, proteins, and peptides, hormones, low molecular weight chemical substances, toxic substances, ions, etc.). In general, in order to perform SELEX, a process of fixing a target molecule on a substrate or bead surface is required. In addition, since positive/negative monitoring is not possible in each round of a SELEX process to observe whether an aptamer library is actually well combined with a target substance, whether the SELEX process is proceeded correctly is checked by analyzing aptamers screened through several rounds. In order to remarkably solve these conventional problems and to construct a simpler and easier SELEX technique, the present disclosure provides a new SELEX technique using gold nanoparticles.

The perovskite compound overcomes the low stability of palladium due to its perovskite structural properties. Therefore, the perovskite compound can be used as a catalyst material for a fuel cell. In addition, the use of palladium in the catalyst instead of expensive platinum leads to an improvement in the price competitiveness of fuel cells.
