  • Publication number: 20240123572
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a processing method of suspension abrasive jets, and the method comprises the following steps. Provide a workpiece on the processing machine. A suspension abrasive containing a plurality of abrasive particles with the same electrical property is provided in an abrasive suspension container. A non-aqueous fluid is supplied to the abrasive suspension container from a high pressure source. The workpiece is machined by jetting a suspension abrasive jet that couples a suspension abrasive and the non-aqueous fluid from a nozzle. The suspension abrasive and the non-aqueous fluid of the suspension abrasive jet are respectively recycled to the abrasive suspension container and the high pressure source by an abrasive separation and recycling device after the process.

  • Publication number: 20200331161
Abstract: A waterjet cutting system (1) includes a controller (31) and a compensation module (23). The controller (31) is configured to control a motor (23) to move a waterjet cutting head (22) to a predetermined angle (?1). The compensation module (32) is configured to calculate a compensation angle (?) based upon the predetermined angle (?1), a rotating angle (?2) of the motor, and an inclination angle (?3) of the waterjet cutting head (22) detected by an IMU (25) mounted on the waterjet cutting head (22). The controller (31) is further configured to implement angular compensation for the waterjet cutting head (22) by controlling the motor (23) to move the waterjet cutting head (22) by the compensation angle (?).

  • Patent number: 10573403
Abstract: A water jets cutting machine includes a first rotating seat driven by a first motor to rotate about a first rotation axis, a second rotating seat driven by a second motor to rotate about a second axis, a water jets cutting head, an inertial measurement unit (IMU) for detecting an inclination angle of the water jets cutting head, and a controller connecting the first and second motors and the IMU. The controller is able to control the first and second motors to instantaneously conduct compensation for angular deviation of the water jets cutting head according to attitude and position signals which are fed back to the controller by the IMU.

  • Publication number: 20120223166
Abstract: A method of producing devulcanized and activated rubber particles from vulcanized rubber products includes providing a jet unit including a rotatable jetting head that has a plurality of self-rotating nozzles for producing an ultra-high-speed jet fluid, and impinging the vulcanized rubber products using the ultra-high-speed jet fluid. The ultra-high-speed jet fluid has a Reynold's number ranging from 100,000 to 4,000,000. The rotatable jetting head rotates at a rotating speed of not less than 2,000 rpm. Each of the self-rotating nozzles produces a jet fluid that has an initial apparent kinetic energy of not less than 10×103 KJ.

  • Publication number: 20100144973
Abstract: A particulate rubber composition includes a plurality of rubber particles. At least some of the rubber particles have tensile fractured surfaces. The particulate rubber composition is produced by a method that includes disintegrating a cross-linked rubber product to form the rubber particles using a high-speed jets fluid to impinge the cross-linked rubber product. The high-speed jets fluid has a Reynold's number that ranges from 100,000 to 4,000,000. A product including a polymeric matrix material and the particulate rubber composition is also disclosed.
