Abstract: In one aspect, the invention is directed to a toilet seat apparatus, comprising: a toilet seat (10), having a front side gradually inclined upward with reference to its rear side, thereby upon placing thereof on a rim of a toilet bowl, forcing a user thereof to squat, thereby pushing the feces of the user upward into his transverse colon, while his left thigh compresses the descending colon, moving feces into the sigmoid colon and therefrom to his rectum.
