    Abstract: Over-molded IC package assemblies including an embedded voltage reference plane and/or heat spreader. In some embodiments, an over-molded package assembly includes a IC chip or die coupled to one or more metal distribution layer or package substrate. A molding compound encapsulates at least the IC chip and one or more conductive layers are embedded within the molding compound. The conductive layers may include an interior portion located over the IC chip and a peripheral portion located over the redistribution layers or package substrate. The interior portion may comprise one or more heat conductive features, which may physically contact a surface of the IC chip. In some further embodiments, the peripheral portion comprises one or more electrically conductive features, which may physically contact a surface of the package redistribution layers or package substrate to convey a reference voltage.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for manufacturing a high-voltage solid electrolyte aluminum-electrolytic capacitor, including: (1) Welding a capacitor core onto an iron bar, applying a voltage for chemical treatment, and after the chemical treatment, washing and drying the capacitor core; (2) impregnating the dried capacitor core in a dispersion A for 1˜30 minutes; (3) removing the capacitor core out of the dispersion A, creating a vacuum and then impregnating the capacitor core in the dispersion A for 1˜10 minutes; (4) keeping the capacitor core in the dispersion A, breaking the vacuum and then performing pressurization, and keeping the pressurized state for 1˜10 minutes; (5) keeping the capacitor core in the dispersion A, performing depressurization to an atmospheric pressure, and keeping the atmospheric pressure for 1˜10 minutes; (6) taking the capacitor core out, placing the capacitor core in a temperature of 65˜100° C.

A transmission diffraction grating is disposed in the optical beam exiting the telescope, for forming an optical interference pattern on the target. Optical gratings with different grating periods may be formed by adjusting the divergence of the optical beam exiting the telescope. Lack of tight focal spots inside the telescope enables use of ultrashort pulse duration, high peak intensity laser sources.
