    Abstract: Semiconductor dies of a semiconductor die package are directly bonded, and a top metal region may be formed over the semiconductor dies. A plurality of conductive terminals may be formed over the top metal region. The conductive terminals are formed of copper (Cu) or another material that enables low-temperature deposition process techniques, such as electroplating, to be used to form the conductive terminal. In this way, the conductive terminals of the semiconductor die packages described herein may be formed at a relatively low temperature. This reduces the likelihood of thermal deformation of semiconductor dies in the semiconductor die packages. The reduced thermal deformation reduces the likelihood of warpage, breakage, and/or other types of damage to the semiconductor dies of the semiconductor die packages, which may increase performance and/or increase yield of semiconductor die packages.

    Abstract: A hybrid solar wind power generation device includes a wind-driven module and a solar module drivingly connected with a drive shaft of a power generator. The wind-driven module has a wind-driven blade set drivable by wind power to drive the drive shaft for driving the power generator to generate power. The solar panel set has multiple solar panels arranged at intervals to drive the motor for driving the solar panel and the drive shaft to rotate. Both the wind-driven module and the solar module serve to drive the drive shaft for driving the power generator to generate power. During the process of power generation, the sunlight passes through the hollow sections between the wind-driven blades and the solar panels in rotation and project onto the ground. This improves the shortcoming that the sunlight is blocked from the space under the equipment.

The is pawl engaged with the teeth of the gear so that the pawl prevents the gear from rotation in a first sense of direction and that the pawl allows the gear to spin in a second sense of direction opposite to the first sense of direction. The pawl keeps the gear in position against torque provided from the coil spring via the reel that tends to rotate the gear in the first sense of direction.
