Abstract: Various embodiments of the present disclosure are directed towards a method for forming an integrated chip (IC). The method includes forming a first fin of semiconductor material and a second fin of semiconductor material within a semiconductor substrate. A gate structure is formed over the first fin and source/drain regions are formed on or within the first fin. The source/drain regions are formed on opposite sides of the gate structure. One or more pick-up regions are formed on or within the second fin. The source/drain regions respectively have a first width measured along a first direction parallel to a long axis of the first fin and the one or more pick-up regions respectively have a second width measured along the first direction. The second width is larger than the first width.

Abstract: A healthcare method provides services to establish portfolios of a healthcare plan according to user's health condition for managing their requirements for a period of time. These requirements may be classified to a variety of elements such as exercise, nutrients, diet, medical treatment and other services. Generally, most of people are very busy on their business and suffering from a lot of stress, it is easily to make them accumulate negative thinking, mood, health condition and dietary habit. It may make them neglect requirements of healthcare. Moreover, few people are interested in implementations of healthcare knowledge such as exercise, nutrition, disease, medical treatment and others. They usually like to google latest healthcare knowledge and keep it in their mind. However, these implementations are sophisticated and connected with each other. It is hard to be completely and accurately implemented for us.

Abstract: A transferring preview stream method provides services to share a preview stream from one client selecting a function of taking photos or videos to another client selecting a function of preview. Clients engaging in a communication session and executing a camera function are configured to periodically receive current location information provided by their location-aware components and transfer it to system for establishing a predetermined area based on their current location information, camera function group and relationship table. The method may be intended to set up transmission sessions between clients in the camera function group for transferring preview streams from clients selecting the function of taking photos or videos to another clients selecting the function of preview.

The method is intended to set up transmission sessions between clients in the list for transferring preview streams from clients selecting the function of taking photos or videos to another clients selecting the function of preview. The clients selecting the function of preview can adjust the camera parameters of the other clients selecting the function of taking photos or videos in order to get good quality of photos or videos.

Abstract: A establishing schedule method provides services to automatically establish schedules for monitoring a regular activity or behavior of a user. The method determines the initiation of the services by acknowledging a request of a user. The system activated by the initiation of the services automatically is configured to interact with electronic devices in the area where a user locates for periodically collecting information about their activity or behavior. It deliberately analyze the information to generate a lot of processes for establishing schedules. In response to the establishment of the schedules, the system is automatically activated to monitor user's regular activity or behavior. The method is designed to save a lot of time on the complicated schedule settings and remind users how to complete their regular activity or behavior in order to prevent from neglecting processes.

Abstract: A bioinformatics sensor patch includes a plurality of sensing electrodes, a distance sensing element and an operation unit. The sensing electrodes senses bioinformatics of an organism. The distance sensing element senses a contact degree between the bioinformatics sensor patch and the organism and generates a corresponding contact signal. The operation unit is electrically connected to the sensing electrodes and the distance sensing element to receive the bioinformatics and the contact signal, wherein the operation unit compensates the bioinformatics or selectively outputs a control signal according to the contact signal. The above-mentioned bioinformatics sensor patch can improve a sensing accuracy of the bioinformatics.
