    Abstract: A microelectromechanical system (MEMS) structure and method of forming the MEMS device, including forming a first metallization structure over a complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) wafer, where the first metallization structure includes a first sacrificial oxide layer and a first metal contact pad. A second metallization structure is formed over a MEMS wafer, where the second metallization structure includes a second sacrificial oxide layer and a second metal contact pad. The first metallization structure and second metallization structure are then bonded together. After the first metallization structure and second metallization structure are bonded together, patterning and etching the MEMS wafer to form a MEMS element over the second sacrificial oxide layer. After the MEMS element is formed, removing the first sacrificial oxide layer and second sacrificial oxide layer to allow the MEMS element to move freely about an axis.

    Abstract: A lock device includes a lock body that includes a bottom portion and a top portion. The lock body is formed, in the interior thereof, with a first accommodation zone, a second accommodation zone, a lock bore, a protective cover lid, a lock core, and a closure plate. The lock device includes a shackle that is deeply hidden inside the lock body and is thus protected from being damaged. A lock core is disposed into the lock body from the bottom portion, so that the lock core is arranged, in an upstanding manner, inside the lock body, and a keyhole of the lock core faces the top portion of the lock body to allow the keyhole to be readily found for conducting an unlocking operation. The lock core is protected by a protective cover lid from being easily destructed.

    Abstract: An automobile gearshift lever lock includes an outer decorative cover, a latch, a lock, a coupling element, and a steel mounting plate. The lock includes a core and a securing mechanism. The lock is housed, around an outer circumference thereof, by a lock shell. The coupling element forms an open channel. The lock shell is fit into the open channel of the coupling element and fit over the lock to form a unitary device, which can be mounted to the mounting plate by various means. Opposite sides of the lock are protected by protection members. The core is provided, on a front surface thereof, with a protective face plate. As such, the mechanical strength of the lock is enhanced and the lock can be protected against any damage to thereby reduce the chance of automobile burglary.
