Abstract: An anti-drop structure includes a rail assembly, a drag assembly, and two latching members. The rail assembly includes a pair of L-shaped sliding rails. Each L-shaped sliding rail includes a sidewall and a holding portion bent outwards from an end of the sidewall. One end of the sidewall defines a latching opening. The drag assembly is slidably positioned on the holding portions of the sliding rails and located between the sidewalls of the sliding rails. The drag assembly includes two opposite side plates. Each latching member is positioned on an inner surface of a corresponding one of the side plates, and includes a latching portion passing through a corresponding side plate. The latching portion is configured to slid into a corresponding latching opening to prevent the drag assembly from dropping out of the rail assembly.

Abstract: A mounting apparatus for mounting an expansion card to an electronic device includes a panel, a fixing bracket, and two locking members. The panel includes a rectangular plate and a frame. The fixing bracket is pivotably secured to the frame. The fixing bracket includes a contact portion and two pivot portions. The contact portion includes a first latching plate and a second latching plate. The first latching plate and the second latching plate cooperatively define a receiving space therebetween. Each of the two pivot portions includes a main plate, a stop plate, and a resilient portion. The two locking members are received in the two pivot portions. The top surface and a block plate of the expansion card are received in the receiving space.

Abstract: A carrier includes a tray for accommodating a data storage device, a bracket fixed to the tray, a retaining member pivotably attached to the bracket at a first end of the retaining member, a lever member pivotably mounted to the bracket, and a first resilient member located between the retaining member and the lever member. A latch protrudes out from the lever member. When the retaining member is pivoted to engage with the bracket, the first resilient member urges the lever member to pivot, thereby the latch of the lever member engaging with a chassis of an electronic device. A second end of the retaining member releasably engages with the bracket.

Abstract: A method for testing output of an electrical device includes the following steps: a device being tested transmits a first signal to a test platform through a channel being tested. A signal received through the channel being tested by the test platform is compared with the first signal to determine if the received signal corresponds to the first signal. The channel being tested is determined to be normal if the received signal corresponds to the first signal. The channel being tested is determined to be abnormal if the received signal does not correspond to the first signal.

Abstract: A method of testing a display is provided to save test time and cost. The method includes providing a system command set corresponding to the display and a flow control command set to select, generating a testing software application including an executing sequence according to the selected system command set, the selected flow control command set and at least a test pattern, and then executing the testing software application to generate commands corresponding to the executing sequence for the display for testing.

Abstract: A video calibration system capable of performing automatic calibration is utilized for testing a display device, and includes a pattern generator for generating testing signals corresponding to the display device, an oscilloscope coupled to the pattern generator, for displaying waveforms of the testing signals provided by the pattern generator, and an operating device coupled to the pattern generator and the oscilloscope, including a calibration software for automatically adjusting configuration of the pattern generator according to signals of the oscilloscope, so as to control the pattern generator to generate the testing signals in conformation with a predefined specification.

A buffer material having stronger adhesion to an internal wall of the chamber of the silicon nitride etcher than silicon nitride is etched in the chamber, so as to form a buffer layer on the internal wall of the chamber. The design of this invention combines an electromagnetic induction device and a writing device in a pen-like device. The electromagnetic induction device can be employed as a pointer device of a tablet. The writing device can be used as an ink pen. Moreover, while writing on paper, the tablet can detect and calculate the coordinates of the writing device and save the coordinates in memory device, such as a RAM. After communicating with the host machine, the monitor can response and display the handwriting trace. Hence, it is very convenient for a user to bring and carry a pen-like device with multiple functions according to this invention.

The electronic apparatus has an output port, and generates the state information when the electronic apparatus executes an application program.
