Abstract: A method for simultaneously enriching intrinsically disordered proteins (IDPs) and associated three-dimensional genomic structures thereof is provided, belonging to the field of molecular biology technology. The method of the present disclosure includes the steps of: cross-linking cells with formaldehyde and disuccinimidyl glutarate (DSG), then performing enzymatic digestion with restriction endonuclease Dpn II, end repair, and proximity ligation; subjecting nuclei to sonication to obtain a sonicated product after the ligation, dividing the sonicated product into two parts, with one subjected to DNA-protein complexe capture using a biotinylated isoxazole, protein digestion with a protease, DNA extraction and purification, and sequencing library construction from the purified DNA; and the other subjected to nuclease treatment, protein extraction, and protein mass spectrometry analysis.

Abstract: A method of single position 360 degree cervical fusion includes positioning a patient on a surgical table in a lateral position, orienting and retaining a spine of the patient in a desired sagittal alignment, performing anterior cervical disc fusion (ACDF), reorienting and retaining a head of the patient to facilitate posterior access, and performing posterior fixation. Devices and systems configured to facilitate performing the single position 360 degree cervical fusion method are also provided.

Abstract: A power MOSFET and a preparation method for the power MOSFET are provided. The power MOSFET comprises a semiconductor structure, gate structures, a source trench structure, a body region, source regions, contact regions, a barrier layer, a source, and a drain. The semiconductor structure comprises a substrate, a drift region, and a current transport layer. The gate structures are embedded in the current transport layer. The source trench structure is located between two adjacent gate structures, with an upper trench above it. The body region is on an upper surface layer of the current transport layer and exposed from a bottom of the upper trench. The source regions and the contact regions are on an upper surface layer of the body region and are adjacent to each other. The barrier layer is at the bottom of the upper trench and covers the body region.

Abstract: A display processor may retrieve a frame from a frame buffer. The display processor may determine a region of interest (ROI) of the retrieved frame. The display processor may perform display processing on the determined ROI of the retrieved frame. Before retrieving the frame from the frame buffer, the display processor may composite the frame based on a plurality of layers and store the composited frame in the frame buffer. To retrieve the frame from the frame buffer, the display processor may retrieve the stored, composited frame from the frame buffer. Before compositing the frame based on the plurality of layers, the display processor may render the plurality of layers, for example based on graphics data generated by a set of applications.

The method is applied to a terminal device, and the method includes: receiving a first message; and pulling up a first application when the first message is a reassembly message, so that the first application performs message reassembly on the first message, including: reading, by the first application, message reassembly configuration information, and performing a message reassembly operation on the first message based on the message reassembly configuration information, to generate a second message. According to the method in the embodiments of this application, after a pushed message is received, the first application is pulled up to reassemble the message, so as to improve user experience of message display.

Abstract: A bath chair with a swivel mechanism includes a base, a bottom with suction cup, a lifting frame, a chair seat, and a back support. The back support is mounted on the seat, with the lifting frame attached to the base and the seat. The seat includes a seat body and a seat cushion assembly located above the seat body and connected to the seat body by rotation. The bath chair is configured to enable the seat cushion assembly to rotate relative to the seat body. The seat cushion rotation avoids or reduces skin injury caused by friction between the skin and the seat cushion components during use. The seat and the back support of the bath chair are configured to have adjustable positions, facilitating chair folding.

Abstract: A mask is provided according to the present application. The mask includes a mask body with filtering performance and a flexible support frame. The support frame is arranged in the mask body and connected to the mask body. The mask body includes a first filter area corresponding to the support frame and a second filter area surrounding the support frame. While the mask is in use, the support frame supports the mask body, so that the first filter area and at least part of the second filter area are spaced apart from the user's face. When the mask according to the present application is worn, the support frame separates the whole first filter area and at least part of the second filter area of the mask body from the wearer's face, which significantly increases the filter area of the mask and makes the wearer's breathing smoother.
