    Abstract: A binocular telescope includes a pair of Schmidt-Pechan roof prisms, one half pentaprism, a right-angle prism, a main circuit board, and an auxiliary circuit board. The half pentaprism is connected to a lateral surface of another half pentaprism, and includes a lateral surface substantially faces the other half pentaprism. The right-angle prism includes one lateral surface connected to the lateral surface of the half pentaprism, and another lateral surface whose normal is perpendicular to the normals of the lateral surfaces of both the half pentaprism and the another half pentaprism. A light emitter and a light receiver of the auxiliary circuit board are arranged above the another lateral surface of the right-angle prism and electrically connected with the main circuit board respectively. Therefore, the binocular telescope is arranged in a centralized manner, so that the complexity in production and maintenance is effectively reduced.

    Abstract: A total heat energy recovery system for furnace-process phosphoric acid is disclosed by the present disclosure. The system comprises a phosphorus burning tower, a hydration tower, an absorption tower, a Venturi tube, a demister, an induced draft fan, a deaerator, an economizer, a dilute acid circulating tank, a phosphoric acid pump, and a feedwater pump. In consideration of the whole process system, fresh soft water is deoxidized after being heated by an upper head of the phosphorus burning tower and a gas guide tube, and the deoxidized water is then pumped into the economizer by a high-pressure pump to recover the heat of the hydration tower and then enters a steam pocket of the phosphorus burning tower to generate medium-high pressure steam. Therefore, unified recovery of the heat of a furnace-process phosphoric acid device is achieved, the medium-high pressure steam is generated, the effective energy is improved.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for determining a source sink term of an ionic type rare earth ore leaching process. The method includes the following four steps: (1) determining an ion exchange selection coefficient of a rare earth ore sample; (2) determining the rare earth grade of the rare earth ore sample; (3) building a source sink term model of the ore leaching process; and (4) determining parameters in the source sink term model. The present disclosure can simulate the ionic type rare earth ore leaching process by combining a convection-dispersion equation, and determine the optimal concentration of the ore leaching agent. When an ammonium sulfate solution at an optimal concentration of 12.0 g/L is used to perform a column leaching test, the obtained rare earth leaching rate is up to 96.3 percent.

    Abstract: A system for combined production of yellow phosphorous and syngas is disclosed. The air separation unit, the pulverized coal preparation unit and the mineral aggregate forming unit are respectively connected to a gas inlet and a top feeding port of the phosphorus coal gasifier; phosphorus-containing syngas obtained from phosphorus coal gasifier is connected to a gas inlet of the separating washing unit through an outlet of the phosphorous coal gasifier; Yellow phosphorus products and crude syngas are respectively output from the output port of the separating washing unit; and then the crude syngas is purified to obtain refined syngas. A slag discharge port at the bottom of the phosphorus coal gasifier is connected to an input port of a slag cold quenching unit. The system can improve the available energy of yellow phosphorous production, the production capacity of yellow phosphorus and the yield of syngas, and reduce CO2 emission.
