Abstract: A semiconductor device structure for sensing an incident light includes a substrate, a passivation layer and a wiring structure. The substrate has a device embedded therein. The passivation layer is disposed on the substrate, where the passivation layer has a first side and a second side opposite to the first side, the first side of the passivation layer includes microstructures disposed on the substrate, and the second side of the passivation layer is a continuous flat plane, wherein each of the microstructures has a cross-section in a shape of a triangle, trapezoid or arc. The wiring structure is disposed on the substrate, where the writing structure includes at least one contact and metal interconnection patterns respectively formed in different dielectric layers, and the at least one contact and the metal interconnection patterns are electrically connected, where the substrate is located between the passivation layer and the wiring structure.

The passive radiator speaker is connected to the second slot and includes a flange, a piezoelectric speaker, and a counterweight plate. The piezoelectric speaker is connected to the flange. The projected area of the counterweight plate and the projected area of the piezoelectric speaker at least partially overlap with each other.

Abstract: A method includes, at a node associated with a multiprotocol label switching system (MPLS) network, identifying information associated with an application flow based on one or more unencapsulated packet headers of the application flow or based on an ingress data stream that includes the application flow. The method further includes, in response to identifying the information, and based on stored data that maps application flows with psuedowires, determining a number of pseudowires corresponding to paths through the MPLS network, where the stored data indicates, for a sending device application, a distributed mapping of the application flow via at least one of the number of psuedowires, and communicating data related to the sending device application via at least one of the number of pseudowires.

In the method, in response to receiving a search request for a target search term, obtain multiple historical search records related to multiple historical search requests, each historical search record comprising the historical search term targeted by the corresponding historical search request. Then, determine a first historical search record matching the target search term from the multiple historical search records. Furthermore, based on the relationship between multiple historical search records, determine from the multiple historical search records a second historical search record associated with the first historical search record. The method further comprises determining an extended result for the target search term on the basis of the search result corresponding to the second historical search record.

A first sum value is calculated according to the plural counting values corresponding to the plural ranges in the statistics table.
