A solar concentrating collector of the system heats heat transfer oil in a vacuum glass tube by using focused solar energy. The heat transfer oil is transferred to an asphalt heating tank for heating asphalt. Meanwhile, a heat storage tank stores excess heat. The heat storage tank releases heat when solar energy is lacking, and energy may be continuously supplied to the asphalt heating tank by using a heating device in the heat storage tank to heat the asphalt. The solar heating system for tanked asphalt can save fossil energy sources and improve energy use efficiency.
