    Abstract: The present invention discloses an allergy detection chip, a preparation method thereof, and a method for detecting allergy therewith. The allergy detection chip comprises a substrate; a plurality of nanoprojections, disposed on a surface of the substrate; a plurality of gold nanoparticles, disposed on the surface of the substrate comprising the nanoprojections; a plurality of linkers, attached to the surface of each of the gold nanoparticles at one end respectively; and a plurality of antibodies, having a carboxyl end of a heavy chain covalently bonded to the other end of each of the linkers respectively. By means of the allergy detection chip disclosed in the present invention, whether a patient has high risk of allergy can be quickly detected, so as to reduce the risks faced by the patients and the healthcare personnel.
