Abstract: A mass transfer method for Micro-LEDs with a temperature-controlled adhesive layer, including: configuring a self-assembling structure based on Micro-LED dies and a transfer substrate having a self-receiving structure coated on its surface with a temperature-controlled adhesive layer; distributing the Micro-LED dies in water, soaking the transfer substrate in water and heating water to perform self-assembling; carrying out transferring and removing the transfer substrate to separate Micro-LED dies from a transfer substrate then onto a target substrate.

Abstract: Systems and methods for filtering unpurified water using modular filtration units are disclosed. According some embodiments of the invention the modular filtration unit may include a modular removable filtration cartridge with pressed non-woven geotextile fabrics and a frame assembly, and a filtration container. The filtration container holds the modular removable filtration cartridges and has walls that form a basin. A first wall has an inlet for receiving water into the filtration container and a second wall has an outlet for draining water out of the filtration container. The water is filtered by the modular removable filtration cartridges as it flows across the basin from the inlet to the outlet. The modular filtration units may be combined together to form a zoned filtration assembly, which may be inserted into the hull of a floating swimming pool. The zoned filtration assemblies may filter natural water as it fills the swimming pool.

Abstract: The present invention discloses the use of winter melon wax as a preservative and an antimicrobial agent. In addition, the present invention also discloses a kind of powder of artificial winter melon wax, which is obtained by spray drying the solution of following components with ratios by weight: 30-55% triterpenenol, 10%-20% triterpenenol acetate and 35-60% wax. Experiments proved that the natural winter melon wax and the artificial Winter melon wax powder prepared by the invention had antiseptic and anti-microbial effects, could significantly improve the shelf life of fruits, and had a promoting effect on wound healing.

Each user application runs in a respective virtual machine environment and including a user input/output (I/O) queue. The NVMe controller is coupled to at least one NVM storage device, and the NVMe controller includes a driver that includes at least one device queue. The hypervisor is coupled to the user I/O queue of each user application and to the NVMe controller, and selectively forces each user I/O queue to empty to a corresponding device queue in the driver of the NVMe controller or enables a private I/O channel between the user I/O queue and a corresponding device queue in the driver of the NVMe controller.

Abstract: An embodiment of a method for metal-assisted chemical etching of a semiconductive substrate comprises forming a patterned coating on a top surface of a substrate layer of a silicon wafer; applying a noble metal layer over the patterned coating such that a portion of the noble metal layer is in contact with the top surface of the substrate layer; and immersing the silicon wafer in a wet etching solution to form a trench under the portion of the noble metal layer that is contact with the top surface of the substrate layer. Further, the trench may be filled with copper material to form a through silicon via structure. Such embodiments provide etching techniques that enable etched formations that are deep (e.g., high-aspect-ratio) and uniform as opposed to shallow etchings (i.e., low-aspect-ratio) or non-uniform deep etchings.

A storage device of the Proxy Service Manager Server computer stores instructions which causes a processor to receive a consumer authentication request from a merchant device obtained during a card not present (CNP) transaction, transmit the consumer authentication request to the Authentication Service Manager Server computer, establish a secure communications channel between the Proxy Service Manager Server computer and the Authentication Service Manager Server computer, and transmit the consumer authentication request via the secure communications channel to the Authentication Service Manager Server computer.

Abstract: Payments assurance methods and systems are described. In some embodiments, a Proxy Service Manager Server computer receives a consumer authentication request from a merchant device, and transmits that request to an Authentication Service Manager Server computer. The Proxy Service Manager Server computer then receives a non-repudiable accountholder authentication value (“AAV”) token, generates a payment authorization request that includes the AAV token, and transmits the payment authorization request to an Acquirer financial institution (FI) Server computer. The Proxy Service Manager Server computer is then operable to receive a payment authorization message, and to transmit the payment authorization message to the merchant device to enable a merchant to complete a purchase transaction with a consumer.

The machine body is provided with an elevating working platform. An object to be processed is placed on the elevating working platform for laser processing operation. The contact detection unit and the non-contact detection unit are movably and displaceably disposed on the machine body. The control module is connected to the contact detection unit and the non-contact detection unit respectively. The judgment module determines the object's external property in order to drive the control module to control the contact detection unit and the non-contact detection unit respectively or sequentially to detect the object.

Abstract: According to embodiments of the invention, data not ordinarily sent through a transaction network can be transmitted to a resource provider (e.g., a merchant) in an authorization response message. For example, a location of an authorized user of a credential can be transmitted to a merchant to be compared to the merchant's location. This allows the merchant to determine whether to deliver goods or services to a consumer presenting the credential. In an additional or alternative example, transaction statistics can be transmitted to a merchant to allow the merchant to perform analytics. In both cases, the authorization response message serves the function of not only providing authorization services, but also authentication services (via user location) and/or data services (via statistics).
