  • Publication number: 20190331944
Abstract: A display device comprises a backlight module, a display panel disposed on the backlight module, and an electrically controlled viewing angle switching device disposed on the backlight module and disposed in a stacking manner with the display panel. The display panel comprises a panel module and a first polarizer. There is an air layer or a bonding layer between the electrically controlled viewing angle switching device and the display panel. The panel module is disposed between the first polarizer and the electrically controlled viewing angle switching device. The electrically controlled viewing angle switching device comprises a liquid crystal cell, at least one phase compensation film and two second polarizers. The liquid crystal cell is disposed between the two second polarizers. The display device can switch between an anti-peeping mode and a sharing mode in an electrically controlled manner.

  • Publication number: 20190293974
Abstract: An anti-peeping control device includes two polarizers and a liquid crystal box disposed between the two polarizers. An included angle of 5 to 15 degrees is formed between the axial directions of the transmission axes of the two polarizers, or the axial directions of the transmission axes of the two polarizers are parallel to each other but not parallel and not perpendicular to any side edge of the polarizer. The axial directions of the transmission axes of the two polarizers are perpendicular or parallel to the alignment direction of the alignment layer of the liquid crystal box. The anti-peeping control device can use an electronic control method to switch the anti-peeping effect. A backlight module and display using the anti-peeping control device are also proposed.

  • Publication number: 20190265522
Abstract: A viewing angle switchable display module includes an organic light-emitting display (OLED) panel, a viewing angle switchable device disposed on the OLED panel, and a quarter wave plate disposed between the OLED panel and the viewing angle switchable device. The viewing angle switchable device includes an absorptive polarizer, a reflective polarizer, and an electrically controlled viewing angle switching element. A transmission axis of the reflective polarizer is parallel to a transmission axis of the absorptive polarizer. The electrically controlled viewing angle switching element is disposed between the absorptive polarizer and the reflective polarizer and includes two conductive layers and a liquid crystal layer including liquid crystal molecules.

  • Publication number: 20110047885
Abstract: A window stop includes a housing, a sliding block, a tightening up screw member, two clamping blocks and a cover. Rotating the tightening up screw member causes the sliding block to move the two clamping blocks toward each other, thereby clamping on the rail of a window tightly to have a predetermined gap be kept between the window and the window frame for indoor air circulation and to stop the window from being fully opened, preventing gas poisoning due to stagnant air or falling of a child from the building accidentally and prohibiting intrusion of a thief.

  • Patent number: 6788017
Abstract: A period adjustment circuit of disconnection and restart IC comprises a second capacitor, which is connected to a resistor and a transistor connected in parallel. One end of the resistor is connected between the disconnection and restart IC and the first capacitor. When lockup of a fan motor occurs, in addition that an IC current source charges the first capacitor, the second capacitor also charges the first capacitor via the resistor until the voltage of the first capacitor reaches a disconnection voltage. The IC then enters into the disconnection state, and the voltages of the two capacitors are equal so that the second capacitor no longer charges the first capacitor. Next, the IC current source simultaneously charges the first and second capacitors until the voltage of the first capacitor reaches a system reset voltage. The first capacitor is then discharged to a restart voltage by the IC.
