  • Publication number: 20110211485
Abstract: A technique for operating a wireless communications system that supports multi-user multiple-input multiple-output (MU-MIMO) communications between a base station and multiple mobile stations involves generating inter-cell interference information at the mobile stations and providing the inter-cell interference information to the base station. The base station uses the inter-cell interference information to calculate channel quality indicators (CQIs) and then makes scheduling decisions in response to the CQIs. Data is transmitted from the base station to the mobile stations according to the scheduling decisions.

  • Publication number: 20080020383
Abstract: The present invention relates to methods for diagnosing or predicting responsiveness to treatment, such as Alefacept, by determining the presence of a nucleotide at one or more polymorphic sites within a haplotype marker. The present invention identifies multiple haplotypes that are associated with response to Alefacept. The haplotype markers identified by the present invention and methods of the invention can be particularly useful for diagnosing or predicting susceptibility to skin diseases, such as Psoriasis.

  • Publication number: 20060032841
Abstract: The present invention provides a method of forming a feature in a printhead component. Femtosecond laser beam pulses are scanned over a target zone of a printhead substrate to remove a layer of the printhead substrate. The scanning is repeated until a depth of printhead substrate has been removed from the target zone which corresponds to a desired feature depth. The removed portion of the printhead substrate forms at least part of the feature in the printhead component.
