    Abstract: Devices and methods for forming a device are disclosed. A substrate having circuit component formed on a substrate surface is provided. Back end of line processing is performed to form an upper inter level dielectric (ILD) layer over the substrate. The upper ILD layer includes a plurality of ILD levels. A pair of magnetic tunneling junction (MTJ) stacks is formed in between adjacent ILD levels of the upper ILD layer. Each of the MTJ stack includes a fixed layer, a tunneling barrier layer and a free layer. The fixed layer has a first width. The tunneling barrier layer is formed on the fixed layer. The free layer is formed on the tunneling barrier layer. The free layer has a second width. The first width is wider than the second width.

At least a portion of the exposed top fin portion in the channel region is processed to form a sharpened tip profile at top of the fin. A gate having a gate dielectric and a metal gate electrode is formed over the substrate. The gate wraps around the channel region of the fin structure.

The supporting block defines a feeding portion for the single material to pass through. The moving assembly is connected to the feeding portion and blows into the feeding portion to push individual work pieces to move along the feeding portion. The separating assembly is positioned on the supporting block. The controller is positioned on either side of the supporting block for recording and signaling the creation of an individual work piece. When the controller signals another work piece, the first separating element presses a following work piece.

    Abstract: The invention is to a flat folding chair, including a seating frame and cushion fixed on a seating frame, and on front and rear supporting bars which support the two sides of the seating frame. A slide sleeve is installed on the rear supporting bar with the front supporting bar sliding through the slide sleeve to form the movable joint between the supporting bars. A stopper is installed on the front supporting bar. The slide sleeve rests upon the stopper when the folding chair is unfolded to the correct position. There is also a fixation lock installed between the stopper and the slide sleeve to automatically lock the chair when unfolded to the correct position. A clicking sound of the handle snapping into the lock hole serves as a signal to the user that the chair has been opened to the correct position.

    Abstract: An electrochemical energy storage device includes an anode having a first mixture which includes a first plurality of electrically conductive carbon-comprising particles having a first average porosity, and lithium metal materials. The weight ratio of the first plurality of carbon-comprising and lithium metal materials is from 30:1 to 3:1. A cathode includes a second mixture having a second plurality of electrically conductive carbon-comprising particles having a second average porosity greater than the first average porosity, and lithium-intercalating metal oxide particles. The weight ratio of the second plurality of carbon-comprising and lithium-intercalating metal oxide particles is from 1:20 to 5:1. The weight ratio between the lithium metal materials loaded in the anode and the second plurality of carbon-comprising particles in the cathode is from 0.1-10%. An electrolyte physically and ionically contacts the anode and the cathode, and fills the pore volume in the anode, cathode and a porous separator.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a folding table. The folding table includes a first table top and a second table top that can move between a folding position and an unfolding position, as well as a first and second table leg component for supporting the second table top, wherein two sets of mutually hinged four-link mechanisms are formed by the first and second table leg component in virtue of table beams, table legs and inclined rods. The two sets of four-link mechanisms realize interference self-locking in the unfolding process. Two triangles are formed for supporting a table top stably, and the stress is uniform. The table top can be folded face to face in two parts, so that the table top after being folded is effectively protected, and scratches on the table top during the production, transportation and using processes are reduced.

One end of the cross rod is hinged to a sleeve which is movably attached to the link rod; the shelf is characterized in that: the cross rod is an ā€œLā€ shaped structure with a transverse rod and a vertical rod, in which the former crosses and is hinged to both sides of the frame, and the end of the latter is hinged to the sleeve. By the ā€œLā€ shaped cross rod, both frames form a rigid, triangular and a stable structure with a vertical plane of the shelf, and the entire structure is more cost effective and practical.
