    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for preparing lithium iron phosphate from ferric hydroxyphosphate, including: purifying ferrous sulfate to form a ferrous sulfate solution, adding hydrogen peroxide, phosphoric acid, an ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution and ammonia water into the ferrous sulfate solution and then reacting to form a mixed slurry, holding the mixed slurry at a temperature for a period of time, and then washing with water and subjecting to press filtration to form ferric hydroxyphosphate precursors with different iron-phosphorus ratios; then flash drying, sintering at a high temperature, and pulverizing to obtain ferric hydroxyphosphate precursors with different iron-phosphorus ratios and different specific surface areas.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a forging method for a high-silver aluminum alloy and a high-silver aluminum alloy forged part are provided. The forging method comprises the following steps: heating the high-silver aluminum alloy to 440° C. to 500° C., and holding for 8 to 16 hours to obtain a blank; preheating a contact portion of a forging anvil, a tong or a die with the blank to 300° C. to 480° C., and holding in the process of transferring the blank to a press; carrying out six-upsetting six-stretching multidirectional forging deformation on the blank, thus obtaining a forging blank, wherein the final forging temperature is 360° C. to 400° C.; and carrying out forming forging treatment on the forging blank, and then carrying out solid solution treatment, residual stress elimination and artificial aging treatment in sequence.

Forward and backward swing of the brush head (9) is realize through a spatial transmission mechanism to simulate the vertical brush action process of real manual brush brushing. The transmission includes a normal cam (2), a main support (3), a slide block (4), a rolling ball (5), a slide block limiting cylinder (6), a reverse cam cylinder (7) and a transmission housing (8). The input end of the positive cam (2) is sleeved on the rotating shaft of the motor (1), and the output end of the reverse cam cylinder (7) is connected with the brush head (9) of the electric toothbrush. A groove (21) is arranged on the positive cam (2), and the positive cam (2) drives the reverse cam cylinder (7) through the cooperation of the slide block (4) and the ball (5).
