    Abstract: The invention provides a system and method to perform financial transactions. The system may be in the form of a tangibly embodied computer processor maintained by a primary financial entity. In one embodiment, the system inputs a transaction request and performs processing of the transaction request to authorize the transaction. Such processing may include (1) determining if the transaction request satisfies a set of rules; (2) inputting aggregated data to determine a risk associated with the transaction request, the aggregated data including data associated with (a) an account of the first customer maintained by the primary financial entity, and (b) at least one account of the first customer maintained by a secondary financial entity; (3) upon determining that (a) the transaction does satisfy the set of rules and (b) that the risk associated with the transaction request satisfies a threshold value, the system authorizing the transaction request.
