  • Patent number: 7525221
Abstract: To reduce the space of a control device having a power circuit and an electronic component, the power circuit including components to which higher currents are applied, in particular currents in the range of 5 A to 70 A, and the electronic component including a switching logic realized on a circuit board, the electrical connections between the components of the power circuit are realized by a single-layer pressed screen. Receptacles for the contact pins of the components are formed in the pressed screen. The receptacles are arranged and formed in such a way that the components are held in frictional engagement in the receptacles and are electrically contacted via the contact pins.

  • Publication number: 20040150931
Abstract: To reduce the space of a control device having a power circuit (2) and an electronic component (1), the power circuit (2) including components (4) to which higher currents are applied, in particular currents in the range of 5 A to 70 A, and the electronic component (1) including a switching logic realized on a circuit board (3), it is proposed to realize the electrical connections between the components (4) of the power circuit (2) by a single-layer pressed screen (6), to form receptacles (7) for the contact pins (5) of the components (4) in the pressed screen (6) and to arrange and form the receptacles (7) in such a way that the components (4) are held in frictional engagement in the receptacles (7) and are electrically contacted via the contact pins (5).

  • Publication number: 20040116003
Abstract: The present invention relates to an electrical contact element (1) for contacting a contact pin (4), the electrical contact element taking the form of a closed, planar, ring-shaped element; having at least one deformable, inwardly directed, retaining lip (2); and being made out of one piece.

  • Patent number: 6739916
Abstract: A multi-pole electrical connector is to be designed such that it is usable under cramped installation conditions and can be cost-effectively produced. The connector has a contact set having a plurality of contact elements, each of which has a connecting section and a contact section. Both the connecting sections and the contact sections are formed from a single-layer stamped grid and are arranged in one plane. This connector is provided for use in the automobile industry, particularly in fuse boxes and electrical-system control units of motor vehicles.

  • Patent number: 6577029
Abstract: An electric-motor drive mechanism is proposed, with an electric motor (12) that has a brush holder (16, 116, 216) for containing brushes (15a, 15b) and at least one magnetic field sensor (18a, 18b, 118a, 218a) for detecting the magnetic field of a magnetic wheel (19) non-rotatably connected to the motor armature shaft (32) and an electronics housing (20) for containing an electronics mounting plate (24) for a set of motor output and/or control electronics. The electronics mounting plate (24, 124, 224) is disposed outside an electric motor pole pot housing (26) on a support (28, 128, 228) formed onto the brush holder (16, 116, 216) and that the at least one magnetic field sensor (18a, 18b, 118, 218) directly contacts the control electronics on the electronics mounting plate (24, 124, 224) by means of first inserted strip conductors (30a-1 . . . 30a-3, 30b-1 . . . 30b-3, 130, 230) that are guided in bundles and are at least partially integrated into the brush holder (16, 116, 216).
