    Abstract: A cannula comprising a plastic tube having three longitudinal chambers, including a main chamber, a first lateral chamber and a second lateral chamber, and at least one reinforced section ensuring constant internal diameter, wherein the cannula is equipped from the distal side with a round end narrowing towards the end, in which there are longitudinal holes of a size enabling free venous blood flow, and a balloon. A fragment of the reinforced tube section located below the balloon is bent under an angle ? of approximately 90°. From the proximal side, the tube ends with a flexible cone, sealing the cannula tightly, inside which there is a valve closing the main chamber and a port for inflating the balloon connected to the first lateral chamber.

    Abstract: A cryoprobe for minimally invasive cardiac ablation with a functional tip (2) according to the invention comprises a handle (5) and a first tip (1), having a cooling system for destroying tissues by freezing them, and at least one functional tip (2). Wherein the functional tip (2) is movable relative to the first tip (1), and it has at its end (4) at least a temperature measuring system (6) for the tissues being destroyed by the first tip (1). The first tip (1) is in turn mounted in a handle (5) provided with at least one button (3) for controlling the functional tip (2). Both the first tip (1) and at least one functional tip (2) have a part susceptible to a plastic change in shape. The cryoprobe according to the invention is characterised in that at least one functional tip (2) has a central part susceptible to a plastic change in shape, and a rigid part at its end, and the first tip (1) has a part susceptible to a plastic change in shape at its end, and the remaining part of the first tip (1) is rigid.

The external line ends with a top closing the working tip of the cryoprobe, while the end of the internal line is open, and there are openings evenly distributed across the circumference on at least half of the section of the internal line. On the section from the handle to the end located under the top, a resistance wire is spirally wound on the internal line, wherein the distance between the wall of the external line and the wall of the internal line is larger than the diameter of the resistance wire.     Abstract: The liquid nitrogen cryosurgical apparatus with a set of Suwalski cardiac surgery cryoprobes comprises of the liquid nitrogen container (1) installed on the mobile frame (11) comprising of a base and a profiled extension arm. The container (1) cooperates with the supply head (5) which is detachably connected to the supply line (2) by means of connector (7) fastening the line (2) to the head (5). The supply line (2) comprises of four coaxially arranged flexible hoses, and the first internal hose (14) supplies the liquid nitrogen. The electrical system of the supply head (5) is connected by means of the power supply connector (8), located on the wiring harness end, with the control panel (6) installed on the mobile frame (11) extension arm.
