The composition of the present invention comprises as active ingredient an extract of a plant, more particularly the extract of the rhizoma of wheat grass (Graminis rhizoma) optionally in admixture with the extract of other plants and antibacterial agents.The cosmetical compositions of the present invention quickly make oily greasy acne skin relatively symptom-free, while iritating, allergic or light sensitizing side-effects are not observed.
