Different textures are added to respective regions (similar and hardly indistinguishable regions) which have different colors but conduce to similar result of light-reception by a light receiving device according to the differences of the original colors. The textures include a pattern of angle, hatching, or contrast each different according to the difference of the original color.

Abstract: An information transmitting and receiving system having an information transmitting device including: an information reading section; an information processing section which divides the information into a plurality of information segments, and gives an identifier uniquely to each divided information segment; and an information transmitting section which repeatedly transmits a bundle of identifiers in a first period of time, and an information receiving device including: an information receiving section which receives the identifiers; an information selecting section which selects an information segment desired to read; a display section which displays the information segment desired to read; and a display control section which controls the information display section such that if the information receiving section does not receive the identifier given to the information segment desired to read within a second period of time, stops displaying the information segment.

Abstract: Provided is an image inputting apparatus wherein luminance signals having a high S/N ratio can be generated even during nighttime with a small quantity of photons. A color space conversion section converts the color signals into a color space that includes luminance signals and color difference signals.
