  • Publication number: 20080309559
Abstract: An antenna body of a broadband inverted-F antenna is printed on a circuit board, wherein an interval is maintained between the antenna body and a grounding plane disposed at a position proximate to an edge of the circuit board. The antenna body is divided into a first, a second and a third portions. An end of the first portion is extended towards the grounding plane to form the short circuit line, and another end of the first portion is extended towards the grounding plane to form the feed line. A first end of the second portion is connected to another end of the first portion, a second end of the second portion is connected to an end of the third portion, and the first portion has a wire width smaller than the third portion, so that no metal is existing between the second and third portions and the grounding plane.

  • Publication number: 20080239635
Abstract: A notebook computer hinge has a screen tab, a main tab, a pintle for connecting the screen tab with the main tab pivotally. A support tab has a hole for the pintle. A longitudinal hole is defined through the support tab and is engaged with a connecting piece on the screen tab. A first stop is C-shaped is formed on the pintle between the support tab and the main tab and has a gap. The support tab has a second stop formed on the support tab and engaged with the gap. Thus the screen is limited to pivot in a specific angular extent.

  • Publication number: 20080180326
Abstract: The present invention discloses a pendulum-shaped microstrip antenna structure which is manufactured in form of a metal microstrip on a side of the printed circuit board and installed at a distal end of the printed circuit board, when the pendulum-shaped antenna is installed onto a printed circuit board of a wireless electronic product. The pendulum-shaped microstrip antenna structure includes a signal feeding portion and an antenna portion sequentially installed in the direction from the printed circuit board to its distal end, and the pendulum-shaped antenna is extended outward, so that a current transmitted from the pendulum-shaped antenna can be distributed uniformly onto the signal feeding portion and the antenna portion to achieve the effects of improving the bandwidth of the pendulum-shaped antenna, reducing the feeding inductance, and providing sufficient bandwidth for the antenna.

  • Publication number: 20060209218
Abstract: A flexible display device for displaying electronic information has a main body, a small screen, a reel mechanism, a scrolling display and a wrist strap. The screen is disposed on the main body for displaying information. The reel mechanism is disposed on the main body. The scrolling display is rolled and hidden in the main body by the reel mechanism for displaying information, wherein the scrolling display is a CLC display or an OLED display. The wrist strap connects with the main body for securing the main body around a wearer. The scrolling display has a screen puller connected to one side thereof for pulling out the scrolling display. The flexible display device is portable, and usable in a fixed state. In addition, the flexible display is not easily to get lost and lessens abrading of the monitor's surface of the scrolling display from usual wear and tear.

  • Patent number: 6605966
Abstract: An apparatus and method for processing a differential-type signal transmitted through a pair of data lines. First, a voltage range defined by an upper reference and a lower reference and a logic pattern are provided. Then, the signal is tested to generate logic data responsive to the voltage range. Next, the logic data are utilized to compare with the logic pattern so as to generate a test result when the signal enters a transition cycle.
