  • Patent number: 9000341
Abstract: A method for detecting light amount uniformity is applicable to a light-emitting device including a plurality of light-emitting elements. First, the light-emitting device is placed in a sensed region of a photo-sensing apparatus. Then, the following steps are executed N times: during the nth execution, turning on the (n+i×N)th light-emitting element, where i is 0 or a positive integer, n is less than or equal to N, and n and N are positive integers; detecting light emission of the light-emitting element with the photo-sensing apparatus to produce a scanned image; and finally, comparing whether the bright spots corresponding to the light-emitting elements in the scanned images produced through the N steps are consistent, and outputting an output signal indicating whether the light-emitting device is normal or abnormal.

  • Patent number: 8842146
Abstract: A light emitting diode (LED) array structure includes a substrate and a plurality of light emitting thyristors. The light emitting thyristors are arranged linearly on the substrate. Each light emitting thyristor includes a strip portion and a plate portion connected to each other, and the plate portions of the adjacent light emitting thyristors are staggered with each other, so as to maintain an arrangement density of the light emitting thyristors, and increase a distribution area of the light emitting thyristors. A printing head and a printing device with the foregoing LED array structure are also provided herein, so as to improve photoconductivity and printing speed of the printing device through the light emitting thyristors, which provide a raised light emission amount by increasing the distribution area.

  • Patent number: 8786199
Abstract: A method for compensating and checking a light amount is applicable to a light-emitting device including a plurality of light-emitting elements, and the following steps are successively executed on the light-emitting elements: measuring an original light amount output by a light-emitting element within a reference time interval; generating a calibration value corresponding to the light-emitting element according to the measured original light amount and a reference light amount; and adjusting light output of the light-emitting element according to the calibration value, so that the original light amount reaches a target light amount.

  • Publication number: 20140029223
Abstract: A circuit board with reduced adhesive overflow includes a substrate and a conductive layer. The conductive layer is disposed on the substrate. The conductive layer includes a hole, a first placement area and a second placement area. The hole is used for forming a cavity with the substrate. The first placement area is used for the first electronic element to be fixedly connected onto the circuit board through the first contact surface. The second placement area is used for the second electronic element to be fixedly connected onto the circuit board through the second contact surface. An adjacent place of the first placement area and the second placement area and the hole are overlapped. The cavity is used to accommodate the conductive adhesive for fixedly connecting the first electronic element and the second electronic element.
