Abstract: A spin-orbit torque device is disclosed, which includes: a magnetic layer; and a non-magnetic layer adjacent to the magnetic layer and comprising a spin-Hall material, wherein the spin-Hall material comprises NixCu1-x alloy, and x is in a range from 0.4 to 0.8.

Abstract: An air blower with functions of air compression, formation of air beam and heat dissipation of circuit board therein includes a main casing; the casing being formed with a wind outlet, a guiding tube, a circular path and a handle; a heating device installed within the guiding tube; an air filter formed around an outer side of the wind inlet; the air filter including a filter mask which is formed around a bottom of the wind inlet and is capable of being detached therefrom; and a separating plate formed within the handle and serving to fix the circuit board and the separating plate separating an inner path of the handle into a circuit board setting chamber and a wind path; and a fan and a motor being installed within the wind path; and the circuit board being installed in the circuit board setting chamber.

Abstract: An electromotive hair cutter includes a retaining knife; an upper front side of the retaining knife being formed with a plurality of inclined slots with different slopes; the depths of the slots being different; a lower side of each slot being formed as a downward inclined surface; a rear upper side of the retaining knife being attached with an upper substrate; an upper side of the upper substrate protruded upwards from an upper edge of the retaining knife so that the slot surface of the slot and the upper substrate being formed with different angles; two lower substrate being formed from a lower rear side of the retaining knife; wherein the upper substrate and the lower substrate are detachable from the retaining knife.

Abstract: An electromotive hair cutter having a retaining knife having a front substrate and a rear substrate integrally formed on the retaining knife; a lower side of the front substrate being formed with a plurality of knife teeth which have predetermined slopes so that a plurality of slots of different depths being different between the teeth of the retaining knife. The arrangement of the cutting slots with different slopes is regular or irregular. There are at least two slopes. The method for forming the same is also disclosed.
