The semiconductor device includes a first device and a second device disposed adjacent to the first device; a conductive pillar disposed adjacent to the first device or the second device; a molding surrounding the first device, the second device and the conductive pillar; and a redistribution layer (RDL) over the first device, the second device, the molding and the conductive pillar, wherein the RDL electrically connects the first device to the second device and includes an opening penetrating the RDL and exposing a sensing area over the first device.

Abstract: A method includes etching a gate stack in a wafer to form a trench, depositing a silicon nitride liner extending into the trench, and depositing a silicon oxide layer. The process of depositing the silicon oxide layer includes performing a treatment process on the wafer using a process gas including nitrogen and hydrogen, and performing a soaking process on the wafer using a silicon precursor.

Abstract: A structure and a formation method of a semiconductor device are provided. The method includes forming a first semiconductor fin and a second semiconductor fin over a semiconductor substrate. The second semiconductor fin is wider than the first semiconductor fin. The method also includes forming a gate stack over the semiconductor substrate, and the gate stack extends across the first semiconductor fin and the second semiconductor fin. The method further includes forming a first source/drain structure on the first semiconductor fin, and the first source/drain structure is p-type doped. In addition, the method includes forming a second source/drain structure on the second semiconductor fin, and the second source/drain structure is n-type doped.

The spout includes an electromagnetic switch, an infrared sensor, and a pump in fluid communication with the soap reservoir and electrically connected to the electromagnetic switch respectively. The barcode scanner scans the barcode and sends same to the controller for storage. The controller compares the set count of dispensing times of the soap reservoir with the current count of dispensing times of the soap reservoir prior to activating the pump. After the pumping, the controller increases the current count of dispensing times of the soap reservoir by one.

A leading edge of the paper towel roll is pinched by the drive rollers and the driven rollers to dispose in front of the nozzles.

The trash bag is securely lined within the shell using the adhesive double sided tapes. In another embodiment, the clipping members are iron and the adhesive double sided tapes are replaced by magnetic members.

The container includes a reservoir filled with liquid soap and including an opening; and a hollow leakproof device mounted on the opening and configured to communicate with the reservoir, the leakproof device including a releasable closure at an end, the closure having a suction face. The liquid soap is prevented from entering the leakproof device when the suction face is attached to the leakproof device in an inoperative position. The suction face is disengaged from the leakproof device by operating the hand pump to flow the liquid soap into the leakproof device via a gap between the suction face and the leakproof device.

Abstract: An electric soap dispenser is provided with a housing; a cover; a reservoir; a valve; a nozzle; an electric motor; a gear system; an arm having one end rotatably disposed in the gear system; a link having one end pivotably secured to an other end of the arm and loosely put on the nozzle; an electric control unit; a sensor; and a power source. The electric control unit actuates the electric motor upon receiving a signal from the sensor, the actuated electric motor rotates the gear system, one end of the arm rotates 180-degree to move the link upward to open the valve thereby flowing liquid soap from the reservoir to the nozzle, and one end of the arm rotates further 180-degree to move the link downward to close the valve thereby stopping the flowing and deactivating the electric motor. Power demand is greatly reduced when in use.

In addition, a spring is installed in a protruding tube of the valve body, and a steel ball is disposed at the tip of the spring, and a bushing is sheathed onto the external periphery of the protruding tube for abutting the steel ball tightly against the top of the protruding tube and the internal side of the upper edge of the bushing, and a hollow joint bushing is protruded from the top of the upper casing, and the top of the joint bushing is a closed end, and a soap feeding inlet is disposed on a side of the bottom of the joint bushing, such that the upper casing and the lower casing can be engaged by screws to form the improved assembly of the soap dispenser control valve.
