    Abstract: A photo resist layer is used to protect a dielectric layer and conductive elements embedded in the dielectric layer when patterning an etch stop layer underlying the dielectric layer. The photo resist layer may further be used to etch another dielectric layer underlying the etch stop layer, where etching the next dielectric layer exposes a contact, such as a gate contact. The bottom layer can be used to protect the conductive elements embedded in the dielectric layer from a wet etchant used to etch the etch stop layer.

    Abstract: A package structure and the manufacturing method thereof are provided. The package structure includes a first package including at least one first semiconductor die encapsulated in an insulating encapsulation and through insulator vias electrically connected to the at least one first semiconductor die, a second package including at least one second semiconductor die and conductive pads electrically connected to the at least one second semiconductor die, and solder joints located between the first package and the second package. The through insulator vias are encapsulated in the insulating encapsulation. The first package and the second package are electrically connected through the solder joints. A maximum size of the solder joints is greater than a maximum size of the through insulator vias measuring along a horizontal direction, and is greater than or substantially equal to a maximum size of the conductive pads measuring along the horizontal direction.

    Abstract: Provided is a composite twist color fiber formed by joining polypropylene terephthalate (PPT) and cationic-dyeable polymer side by side. The polypropylene terephthalate (PPT) and the cationic-dyeable polymer differ in contraction rate, such that the composite fiber thus formed is not only helical but also extensible and contractile. Fabric made of the composite fiber is highly capable of elongating and retracting; hence, not only do finished products made of the fabric have low contraction rate, but surface of the fabric also exhibits satisfactory mixing tones.

    Abstract: A man-made fiber cloth having buoyancy and warmth comprises a fiber cloth and a plurality of air capsules distributedly set in the fiber cloth; wherein the fiber cloth comprises a plurality of long fibers and hot-melt collodion-cottons bonded to each other. The air capsule is a plasticized material, and the air capsule has a particle diameter of 0.1 mm to 10 mm; and at the same time, due to the plasticized material, the hot-melt collodion-cotton and the long fibers can be bonded into a one-body during the heating process. Therefore, when the man-made fiber cloth is made into a garment or an article, the thermal conductivity can be lowered due to the setting of the air capsules, so the garment is uneasy to dissipate the heat and the warmth effect is improved. The characteristic of wrapping air of the air capsule reduce the overall weight of the clothing to achieve the effects of lightness and comfort.

    Abstract: The waterproof and permeable cloth includes a permeable waterproof layer, a first permeable coating layer attached to an inner side of the permeable waterproof layer, a second permeable coating layer attached to an outer side of the permeable waterproof layer, a moisture-absorbing permeable waterproof layer attached to an inner side of the first permeable coating layer, and a cloth layer attached to an outer side of the second permeable coating layer. The moisture-absorbing permeable waterproof layer includes multiple grid cells cascaded together. Each grid cell has an aperture that is smaller than outside water molecules but is greater than inside moist molecules. Therefore, outside water molecules cannot permeate through the grid cells inside, but inside moist molecules may be expelled outside. The cloth therefore is waterproof but also absorbent and permeable.
