Abstract: A photo resist layer is used to protect a dielectric layer and conductive elements embedded in the dielectric layer when patterning an etch stop layer underlying the dielectric layer. The photo resist layer may further be used to etch another dielectric layer underlying the etch stop layer, where etching the next dielectric layer exposes a contact, such as a gate contact. The bottom layer can be used to protect the conductive elements embedded in the dielectric layer from a wet etchant used to etch the etch stop layer.

Abstract: A package structure and the manufacturing method thereof are provided. The package structure includes a first package including at least one first semiconductor die encapsulated in an insulating encapsulation and through insulator vias electrically connected to the at least one first semiconductor die, a second package including at least one second semiconductor die and conductive pads electrically connected to the at least one second semiconductor die, and solder joints located between the first package and the second package. The through insulator vias are encapsulated in the insulating encapsulation. The first package and the second package are electrically connected through the solder joints. A maximum size of the solder joints is greater than a maximum size of the through insulator vias measuring along a horizontal direction, and is greater than or substantially equal to a maximum size of the conductive pads measuring along the horizontal direction.

Abstract: An elastic waterproof fabric includes an elastic cloth layer, an ethyl carbamate layer, and a polytetrafluoroethylene layer sandwiched between the polyurethane ethyl carbamate layer and the elastic cloth layer. The elastic cloth layer is composed of main yarn and an elastic yarn. The elastic yarn is selectively composed of spandex or polytrimethylene terephthalate PTT+polyethylene terephthalate PET or polybutylene terephthalate PBT+polyethylene terephthalate PET or polypropylene terephthalate+cationic dyeable polybutylene terephthalate.

Abstract: Provided is a composite twist color fiber formed by joining polypropylene terephthalate (PPT) and cationic-dyeable polymer side by side. The polypropylene terephthalate (PPT) and the cationic-dyeable polymer differ in contraction rate, such that the composite fiber thus formed is not only helical but also extensible and contractile. Fabric made of the composite fiber is highly capable of elongating and retracting; hence, not only do finished products made of the fabric have low contraction rate, but surface of the fabric also exhibits satisfactory mixing tones.

Abstract: A bag with anti-cut and bullet-proof functions is mainly configured with a protection assembly on a bag body including a main body opened with an opening, a protection layer configured on the main body and an active layer accepted inside the main body, where the protection layer and active layer are made of reinforced fabric. Meanwhile, the bag body is configured with a sealing element adapted to control the opening and closing of the opening so that a user only needs to open the sealing element when encountering danger, allowing the active layer to slip out through the opening to cause the active layer and protection layer to form a large anti-cut and bullet-proof area so as to resist bullet impact and block the cutting of sharp weapons, and further substantially increase the overall protection area to achieve the effect of maintaining the personal safety of users.

Abstract: A man-made fiber cloth having buoyancy and warmth comprises a fiber cloth and a plurality of air capsules distributedly set in the fiber cloth; wherein the fiber cloth comprises a plurality of long fibers and hot-melt collodion-cottons bonded to each other. The air capsule is a plasticized material, and the air capsule has a particle diameter of 0.1 mm to 10 mm; and at the same time, due to the plasticized material, the hot-melt collodion-cotton and the long fibers can be bonded into a one-body during the heating process. Therefore, when the man-made fiber cloth is made into a garment or an article, the thermal conductivity can be lowered due to the setting of the air capsules, so the garment is uneasy to dissipate the heat and the warmth effect is improved. The characteristic of wrapping air of the air capsule reduce the overall weight of the clothing to achieve the effects of lightness and comfort.

Abstract: The waterproof and permeable cloth includes a permeable waterproof layer, a first permeable coating layer attached to an inner side of the permeable waterproof layer, a second permeable coating layer attached to an outer side of the permeable waterproof layer, a moisture-absorbing permeable waterproof layer attached to an inner side of the first permeable coating layer, and a cloth layer attached to an outer side of the second permeable coating layer. The moisture-absorbing permeable waterproof layer includes multiple grid cells cascaded together. Each grid cell has an aperture that is smaller than outside water molecules but is greater than inside moist molecules. Therefore, outside water molecules cannot permeate through the grid cells inside, but inside moist molecules may be expelled outside. The cloth therefore is waterproof but also absorbent and permeable.

Abstract: A reinforced fabric is used in the making of clothes and bags and mainly includes a bulletproof cloth configured between a protective cloth attached to an inner lining cloth and an outer lining cloth opposite to the inner lining cloth, which can not only block the impact of bullets through the bulletproof cloth but facilitate blocking any slashing and stabbing of weapons with the high density of the protective cloth. The present invention can not only protect a wearer's personal safety but improve a user's wearing comfort.
