Abstract: A method of forming an ultraviolet curable paint coating is provided. First, an ultraviolet curable paint composition is formed by mixing, based on 100 parts by weight of the ultraviolet curable paint composition, 1 to 10 parts by weight of a photo-initiator, 5 to 20 parts by weight of an organosilane compound, 5 to 30 parts by weight of a binding agent, 0.1 to 15 parts by weight of a catalyst, and an ultraviolet curable resin, wherein a number of the functional group of the binding agent is more than that of the organosilane compound. Thereafter, a sub coating is formed by using the ultraviolet curable paint composition, and an ultraviolet curable paint coating is then formed by contacting the sub coating with a paint, wherein the unreacted hydroxyls of the sub coating react with the paint to facilitate the paint to adhere to a surface of the sub coating.

A liquid coating is coated on the film by the coater head. The ultraviolet irradiative device includes a board assembly. When the coated film is delivered through the ultraviolet irradiative device, irradiative dose is controlled by the board assembly of the ultraviolet irradiative device.

The antistatic coating composition, which comprises curable hard coating solution mixed with antistatic coating recipe, contains no conductive fine powder or fine particle, thus can be preserved longer. The antistatic hard coating film has superior antistatic ability, higher transmittance=and has no visible color shift.

Abstract: A composition of ultraviolet curable paint comprising a photo-initiator, an organosilane compound, a binding agent, a catalyst and an ultraviolet curable resin is disclosed. The composition of the present invention has a high surface energy after it is cured by radiation of ultraviolet ray. Therefore, the coating formed by the composition of the present invention can be reworked.
