  • Publication number: 20240172942
Abstract: A spectrum analyzing method and a gingivitis evaluating device are provided. The spectrum analyzing method includes steps as follows. A diffuse reflection signal of a gingiva is calculated, and a gingiva spectrum is generated. The gingiva spectrum and a plurality of reference gingiva spectra are respectively applied with a time-series similarity calculation, and a plurality of similarity values are generated. The plurality of reference gingiva spectra correspond to various gingival indexes (GI). A minimum similarity value of the plurality of similarity values is obtained. A GI result is output according to the minimum similarity value.

  • Publication number: 20240071909
Abstract: A semiconductor package is provided. The semiconductor package includes an encapsulating layer, a semiconductor die formed in the encapsulating layer, and an interposer structure covering the encapsulating layer. The interposer structure includes an insulating base having a first surface facing the encapsulating layer, and a second surface opposite the first surface. The interposer structure also includes insulating features formed on the first surface of the insulating base and extending into the encapsulating layer. The insulating features is arranged in a matrix and faces a top surface of the semiconductor die. The interposer structure further includes first conductive features formed on the first surface of the insulating base and extending into the encapsulating layer. The first conductive features surround the matrix of the insulating features.

  • Patent number: 7677985
Abstract: A cue stick includes a shaft, a solid force-transmitting pipe, a butt, and a wooden fitting portion. This shaft includes a tip, a solid portion, a hollow portion and a connecting portion. This solid force-transmitting pipe contains an inner space. The butt connects with the shaft. The wooden fitting portion fills in the inner space. The density of the wooden fitting portion is between 80% and 120% of the density of the solid portion. So, the weight and size are nearly same as the ones of a traditional solid wood cue stick. The total weight of the cue stick is proper. Its internal force transmission is evenly distributed. Plus, the feedback feeling for striking the cue ball is excellent.
