Abstract: A defogging control system includes a plurality of first heating wires, a plurality of second heating wires, an electrical sensor and driver, a timer, an environment sensing module, and a control module. The electrical sensor and driver is utilized to generate a start signal or a stop signal, corresponding to a controller of a refrigeration storage apparatus. The timer is utilized to count a real-time operation time and record a previous operation time. The environment sensing module is utilized to sense a temperature and a humidity. The control module is utilized to control the first heating wires and the second heating wires by the real-time operation time, the previous operation time, the temperature, and the humidity. Further, a defogging control method is also provided.

Abstract: A system for determining a loading level of a refrigeration appliance includes a plurality of refrigeration appliances, a plurality of detection modules, a server, and a plurality of play modules. The detection module is utilized to sense a plurality of refrigeration parameters and downtime of the refrigeration appliances. The server is utilized to determine the loading level of each refrigeration appliance with the same refrigeration parameter or downtime. The play module is utilized to play loading-level information corresponding to the specific loading level.

Abstract: An active photodiode CMOS image sensor comprising a light-sensitive photodiode region, a transistor and a cover layer. The light-sensitive region is formed in a substrate body and the transistor is formed above the substrate body. The source region of the transistor is connected to the light-sensitive region. The cover layer is formed above the light-sensitive photodiode region using a method similar to method used to form the gate dielectric layer.
